Cut, Copy, and Paste |

You can cut, copy, and paste programming blocks onto the same page and onto different pages. The cut, copy and paste commands work just as they do in Windows: Select the objects, use copy or cut, then paste the objects into their new location. For those programming blocks requiring unique index numbers, new Index numbers will be automatically assigned when the programming block is pasted. When creating new inputs and outputs, it can be much quicker to copy existing programming blocks than to create new ones for the following reason: When copying a programming block, the Copy command also copies any associated functional blocks, and copies the functional block configuration. The programming blocks that have functional blocks include the following: AnalogInput, AnalogOutput, DigitalInput, and DigitalOutput. When creating new inputs or outputs, copying can be quicker.
