Program Blocks:  Conversions

Blocks in the Conversions part of the Toolbox include the following:

DigitalToInteger        

DigitalToNumeric        

IntegerToDigital        

IntegerToNumeric        

NumericToDigital        

NumericToInteger        

Note that use of Conversions is not strictly necessary because Catalyst will automatically convert between types as necessary (Catalyst will include them in the compiled version of the program). However, you may want to use these blocks to explicitly show a conversion, or to gain more control over the type of conversion.
