The ‘Out’ output is set to True when the current time on the controller is passed the calculated time for sunset + the 'Offset' value and before the calculated time for sunrise. The 'Offset' is in minutes and can be a positive number (i.e so many minutes after sunset) or can be a negative number (i.e. so many minutes before sunset). Note that if the 'Offset' is long enough to get passed the calculated sunrise time then the output will be set to False.
The RealTimeClock must be properly configured with Time Zone and geo location using a RealTimeClock programming block. If not the block output will always be False.
