Every programming block has a SmartTag as shown in Figure 4. The SmartTag provides access to the Tasks menu.

Click the Smart Tag to open the Tasks menu as in Figure 5.

The Tasks menu accesses the following:
▪Functional block configuration of the hardware inputs and outputs
▪The Format Slots dialog box common to every programming block
▪The TagName of the ReferenceHubs and ReferenceTargets
▪The Change NV Type dialog box (available only to those blocks with an associated network variable).
The Tasks can also be accessed from the programming block’s Properties Area, just below the list of properties as in Figure 6:
