Spacing

Horizontal and vertical spacing between groups of blocks can be increased or decreased.

To vary horizontal spacing:

1

1.Select a group of blocks:

To increase horizontal spacing, click the ‘Increase Horizontal Spacing’ button in the toolbar.

To decrease horizontal spacing, click the ‘Decrease Horizontal Spacing’ button in the toolbar.

Horizontal or vertical spacing can also be completely removed.

To remove vertical spacing:

2

1.Select a group of blocks.

2.Click the ‘Remove Vertical Space Between’ button in the toolbar.

The blocks will be stacked in a vertical column without any space between the blocks. This command will not alter horizontal spacing. If blocks were initially separated by a horizontal space, the blocks will not be moved into a single stack although all vertical space between the blocks will be removed. Use the Align Vertically command to make a single stack.

Horizontal spacing can be removed in a similar manner using the ‘Remove Horizontal Space Between’ button on the toolbar.
